Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Melakukan riset dan mengidentifikasi klien potensial yang membutuhkan layanan penerjemahan.
• Membangun dan mengelola prospek yang berkualitas.
• Melakukan outreach melalui email, LinkedIn, telepon, dan kanal penjualan lainnya.
• Mengembangkan pesan outreach yang dipersonalisasi berdasarkan kebutuhan klien.
• Mengidentifikasi pembuat keputusan dan pemangku kepentingan utama.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role
• Proven experience with prospecting and cold outreach
• Experience conducting sales calls and meetings
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable communicating with business decision-makers
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales productivity tools

## Deskripsi Pekerjaan

*   Research and identify potential business clients that may require translation, localization, interpretation, or related language services
*   Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
*   Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, professional networks, and other appropriate sales channels
*   Develop personalized outreach messages based on the prospect's industry, business needs, and potential language requirements
*   Identify relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations
*   Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients
*   Understand the prospect's business, language requirements, challenges, budget, and timelines
*   Present Elite Translations' services and value proposition clearly and professionally
*   Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations
*   Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing

## Kualifikasi Minimum

*   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred
*   2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role
*   Proven experience with prospecting and cold outreach
*   Experience conducting sales calls and meetings
