• Mengelola dan mengembangkan klien di area Surabaya.
• Mengidentifikasi klien potensial baru untuk pengembangan produk kosmetik.
• Menindaklanjuti proyek pengembangan produk kosmetik dengan pelanggan.
• Memantau jadwal proyek dan memastikan peluncuran produk yang sukses.
• Melakukan riset pasar kosmetik dan analisis tren di Surabaya.

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic product development or project management in OEM / ODM cosmetic manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic product development and business development.
• Good understanding of cosmetic trends and the market in Surabaya and globally.
• Must be domiciled in Surabaya.
• Existing network with cosmetic brands in Surabaya will be a strong advantage
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

**This role is ideal for professionals with experience in cosmetic product development, OEM/ODM manufacturing, or business development in the beauty industry who are ready to grow their career in a global cosmetics manufacturing company.**

## **Expected Joining Period: June - July 2026**  
  
**Qualifications:**
