Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai target Booking Fee per bulan.
• Meningkatkan tingkat konversi dari Leads ke Booking Fees.
• Mendorong generasi Arrange Visit (AV) dari leads yang masuk.
• Mengelola dan memantau pipeline penjualan untuk tim Interior Advisor dan Leads Generator.
• Memberikan pembinaan rutin, evaluasi kinerja, dan rencana peningkatan untuk anggota tim.

• Proven experience in managing and coaching a team.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

## Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1.  Responsible for achieving the Booking Fee target per month.
    
2.  Improve the conversion rate from Leads to Booking Fees.
    
3.  Drive Arrange Visit (AV) generation from incoming leads.
    
4.  Manage and monitor the sales pipeline for the Interior Advisor and Leads Generator teams.
    
5.  Ensure follow-up activities are conducted promptly, consistently, and effectively.
    
6.  Monitor team performance and daily sales activities.
    
7.  Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations, and improvement plans for team members.
    
8.  Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure an effective sales process and deliver an optimal customer experience.
    

## Kualifikasi Minimum

*   Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Management, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
    
*   Experience in the Banking, Property, or Interior Design industry.
    
*   Experience working in a service-oriented industry.
    
*   Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a sales-oriented role.
    
*   Proven experience in managing and coaching a team.
