• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and other marketing documents to clients.
• Follow up on quotations and client inquiries to support business development and sales conversion.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Able to identify business opportunities and work toward achieving targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to conduct client visits and business meetings when required.
• Experience in the shipping, maritime, logistics, or offshore industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Batam, Indonesia.
