• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Nurturing relationships with hospitality and retail clients, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Presenting and promoting bedding solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting product training or demonstrations.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
• Supporting marketing campaigns, contributing to digital and offline promotional activities, analyzing market trends and customer feedback, and helping strengthen brand positioning in Indonesia and the Asia Pacific region.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional business correspondence.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess experience in Training, particularly in delivering product knowledge sessions and demonstrations.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management skills, such as pipeline management, forecasting, and basic reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, hospitality industry, or bedding/furnishing products is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, basic office software, and online communication platforms.
• Willingness to travel within the Jakarta Metropolitan Area and occasionally to other regions as required.
