## Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We’re assisting our client, a consumer brand in hydration, sport and lifestyle, in hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead organic content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.

You’ll work with the Founder and marketing team to create content people want to watch and share, while building relationships with creators, sports clubs and brand partners. We’re looking for someone who understands social trends and knows how to turn community moments and brand ideas into engaging content.

*   Relevant experience in content marketing, social media, brand marketing, community marketing or a related role.
*   Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social media trends, with excellent writing and storytelling skills for short-form content.
*   Awareness of sport, lifestyle, entertainment and internet culture, with the judgment to identify trends that fit the brand.
*   Ability to turn campaign and business objectives into clear content plans and use performance data to improve results.

## Kualifikasi Minimum

*   Develop and manage the client’s organic content strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and relevant emerging platforms.
*   Create original content concepts, social campaigns, captions and scripts that balance brand storytelling, community interests and business priorities.
*   Collaborate with the Visual & Multimedia Designer to produce social assets and short-form videos, coordinating shoots, locations, products and production requirements.
*   Manage creator and influencer relationships, including outreach, briefs, timelines and deliverables, and coordinate with the Growth Marketing Manager to repurpose content across organic and paid channels.
*   Build relationships with sports clubs, gyms and lifestyle partners, and coordinate brand activations, collaborations and community events with supporting content plans.
*   Assess collaboration, sponsorship and product-seeding requests, and support product launches, retail campaigns and key brand partnerships.
*   Manage social media engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice across content and audience interactions.
*   Track content performance, audience behavior, competitors and cultural trends to improve content and identify opportunities for growth and paid promotion.
