• Commercial awareness, with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations aligned with business priorities.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple campaigns and coordinating or leading creative, content or social media teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including confidence working directly with the Founder.
• A proactive, resourceful and accountable approach, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and help build processes in an early-stage business.

## Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are assisting our client, an early-stage consumer brand, in hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead growth across e-commerce, paid media and digital marketing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities and turning business priorities into campaigns that drive measurable results.

Working closely with the Founder, the Growth Marketing Manager will help shape and execute the client’s growth strategy across DTC, paid media, social, creator campaigns and key retail initiatives. The role will also lead and coordinate the Content Marketing Manager and Visual & Multimedia Designer, ensuring that strategy, content, creative and performance marketing work together toward clear commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded and comfortable building processes and testing new approaches as the business grows.

*   Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably within consumer, lifestyle, wellness, sports, food & beverage or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
*   Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and advertising budgets.

## Kualifikasi Minimum

*   Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the client’s revenue, customer acquisition, retention and brand objectives.
*   Manage e-commerce performance, including Shopify, product merchandising, promotions, conversion optimization and the overall customer journey.
*   Plan, manage and optimize paid media campaigns, particularly Meta Ads, covering targeting, creative testing, campaign structure and budget allocation.
*   Monitor key metrics, including revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, average order value and repeat purchase rate, and deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
*   Lead structured testing across creative, audiences, offers, landing pages and promotions to improve acquisition, conversion, retention and customer lifetime value.
*   Collaborate with the Founder on product launches, promotional calendars, brand campaigns and retail partnerships, ensuring digital and retail activities support overall growth objectives.
*   Lead and coordinate the marketing team, setting clear priorities, timelines and deliverables; translate performance insights into creative briefs and evaluate creator partnerships for paid media opportunities.
*   Analyze customer, competitor and market trends, identify emerging growth opportunities, and improve marketing tools, workflows and processes as the business scales.
