• Supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth sales administration and order management processes.
• Handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders.
• Coordinating delivery and shipment schedules with production, logistics, and other related departments.
• Responsible for export-related administration and documentation.
• Preparing sales reports, updating customer and product data, managing documentation.

• Familiarity with export processes and documentation, shipment coordination, and communication with logistics or related parties.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, as the position will communicate regularly with overseas customers.
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across departments and communicate professionally with international customers.
• Proficiency in order processing and sales administration, including data entry, order tracking, and preparation of quotations.
• Experience in administrative functions such as document management and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and email, as well as familiarity with ERP or sales systems.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, export, or other related industrial environments is preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
